2005

In the August 2005, HEAL took volunteers to India to strengthen its existing programs. HEAL officers spent time training our managers in India. We were able to expand our gandening program, with the help of a generous donation from The Square Foot Gardening Foundation. Significant effort was invested in fortifying partnerships with other local humanitarian organizations. This helped us to put plans in place for several wells to be drilled for villages which currently have none. In addition, we continued our efforts to improve the quality of the health teaching and assistance we provide to the residents of the villages we serve.
